Heart To Heart

The title for this blog came from a quote by Henry B. Eyring. He was talking about how we pass our legacy heart to heart. I like the idea that as we interact with each other, important things are passed heart to heart. It's true!

About Me

Tammy Jane: I decided to start this blog as a learning experience for myself. As I was listening to a program about blogging on Mormon Channel Daily one of the guests noted that some people use their blogs as a way of journaling during a difficult experience in their lives, such as the death of a loved one. That the blog becomes a sort of catharsis for releasing the strong emotions that result from something like that. Having lost a son to suicide a few years ago I thought to myself, " I wish I'd thought of that four years ago." But the more I thought about it, I realized that I have been doing that in my journals for the past few years. I just began thinking that it would be an interesting experience for me to go back and re-read those entries and then write out what I have learned during these difficult days of grief. If, perhaps, someone else going through something similar happens to read my posts and discovers something that helps them in their life, it will be a bonus for me. So...here goes.
